We had a quick catch up with Sharon - Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at the Pye Group, and we just had to share their wins.

From Clumsy to Sleek: The Safety System Revolution

After reviewing a handful of software systems, Sharon and her team decided to implement Safe Ag Systems. Upgrading their clumsy and ineffective paper-based safety system, Safe Ag Systems streamlined health and safety into a centralised platform that was not only user-friendly but also highly efficient.
Impressed with several features, Sharon highlights the ready-made templates for safe work procedures and company policies. Numerous team members have shared their experiences about how user-friendly the platform is for reporting incidents, marking hazards on a farm map, and conducting pre-start checks or other inspections.
With Safe Ag Systems, checklists can be conveniently linked to an inventory item, and a QR code can be affixed to machinery, allowing for quick completion of pre-start checks. Another great piece of feedback from Sharon, “The recent update, which includes an 'off-line' mode button, has significantly benefited remote workers by enabling them to easily input information even when they are outside of Wi-Fi range.”
Workers can use the toggle to regain control and seamlessly work offline, regardless of connectivity challenges. When back in range, data will sync and everyone will gain access to the latest information.
