After successfully registering for a new Safe Ag System account you will receive a confirmation email titled ‘Registration successful’. Click on Confirm and Get Started within the email. This will validate your account and direct you to the login page.
Note – We recommend accessing the Safe Ag System via the following browsers: Chrome or Firefox. Please note that this system is unstable on Internet Explorer.
When you first login you will be automatically directed to the My Details section to update your password from the default provided at registration.
You will then be directed to update your User Information.
System Support Approval
At times you may need our assistance for support or training purposes. This may require us to access your system and in order to to do this we require you to enable support access. Having this turned on will ensure we can quickly access your system when you need us.
To do this head to the My Account section located via Settings.
Slide the toggle to the right to enable support access. If you wish to remove support access at anytime, just slide the toggle back the left.
Entering your Business Details
The first step towards setting up your Safe Ag System system is to enter your business details and key contacts under Business Details.
Business > Business Details > Primary
Once you have entered the required details please ensure you click Save Business Details before scrolling down to the Business Contacts section.
Note – Where you see the question mark icon you can click on this for additional information.
Once you have clicked Save Business Details, you can scroll down to enter your primary and key contacts. Once completed hit the Save Business Contacts button.
If you need to enter in any additional contacts including Officer of the (PCBU), WHS Administrator or Key Emergency Contact, you can click on the Add A Contact Field button.
Enter the required details and hit Save.
Adding Other Entities to your Safe Ag System
If you have other entities that are (from time to time) under the management or control of the primary entity and have the necessity to work in compliance with the primary entities WHS management system you can record them under Other Entities.
Business > Business Details > Other Entities
Click on Add Another Entity in order to add the required details and hit Save.
Adding a Logo
Business > Business Details > Add/Edit Logo
To add a company logo to your Safe Ag System for display on reports and documentation, click on Add/Edit Logo. Within this page click on Upload Image to select your logo stored as a file on your computer.
Once uploaded your logo will appear in any reports created from within your Safe Ag System.
If you wish to update your logo in the future you can do so by clicking the Remove Logo button and repeating the above steps.
