      Printing Induction QR Codes

      An Induction can be accessed through a QR code in the App. This allows staff and visitors to start an Induction without it being assigned. QR codes can be used at an entrance, on Structures or Inventory items.

      Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

      Inductions QR Codes can only be created on Desktop.

      The feature is not available on Standard subscriptions.

      Before you start

      Printing Induction QR Codes

      1. From the left menu, select Documents > Inductions.
      2. Select the induction by ticking the grey box on the left side. Click Generate QR Code.
      3. Click Print and send to your printer.

      The QR code can be attached to a key location or item. This could be the main entrance, on a structure or an inventory item. Safe Ag Systems Induction signs can be purchased from our Online Store.
