Understanding Access Levels (App)

Access Levels control what system features can be accessed by a user. The table below shows what features within Safe Ag Systems each Access Level setting provides on the App.

When adding users, Access Levels control what a user can view and do while providing suitable access for their tasks and responsibilities. 

Note:

• New users can only be created on the Desktop.
• Contractors can only access your site from the App. 
• If you have a Seasonal Worker package, these users must be set to Contractor access.

Access Levels

The table below details which Access Levels can use each App feature.

A high level overview of each access level: 

Contractor (including Seasonal Workers and Contract Businesses) – App access only. View Emergency Plan, Policies and Procedures. Complete assigned Inductions and Tasks. Log Hazards, Incident and Near Misses. Inventory access via a QR code. Noticeboard access may be provided.

Worker – View Emergency Plan, Policies, Procedures and complete Checklists. Complete assigned Inductions and Tasks. Create Tasks and Inventory Items. Log Hazards, Incident and Near Misses. View and post on the Noticeboard.

Supervisor – All functionality applicable to a Worker. Can also create, edit and publish Procedures and Checklists. Create and assign Tasks. Add and edit Locations. Initiate and sign off Inductions. Limited access to Reporting and Manage People.

Business Administrator – Access to view, add, edit and delete across all areas of Safe Ag Systems.

Noticeboard Contractors will only see the Noticeboard if access is given on Desktop.

My Tasks Workers and Contractors will only see their Assigned Tasks, Tasks created by them or Anyone tasks.
Recent Inventory Contractors will see an Inventory item here, after they have scanned its QR code.
Recent Documents
Incomplete Documents Will be hidden if no incomplete documents.
At Work   Not available on Standard subscriptions.

Emergency Individual Health Action Plans are only available if marked in each User profile to share with others. This can only be actioned via Desktop by a Supervisor and Business Administrator.

Offline Mode
Task Manager Workers and Contractors will only see their Assigned Tasks, Tasks created by them or Anyone tasks.
People Workers and Contractors will see themselves, and anyone listed as an important contact - Fire Wardens, First Aid Officers or Site Managers. Workers will also see any user sharing their phone number.
Inventory Contractors can access individual Inventory items via a QR code. Once accessed via QR, it will be available in their Recent Inventory. They have no visibility of the Inventory tab in the Main menu.
Risk Assessments Workers and contractors can see all menu options but can only start a new Risk Assessment.
Location Map Workers and contractors can add new hazards. Workers can only edit hazards they've created.
Documents Workers and Contractors can only see Published Documents made available to their Access Level and their own Logs.
Visitor Register Workers and Contractors can't see the log of visitors.
