Adding an emergency plan for your locations, adding emergency contact information, creating an emergency poster
An Emergency Plan/Poster should be created for all locations in your Safe Ag System. Emergency details and contacts could be different for each location. Select the location by clicking on the dropdown field as outlined below.
The next step is to complete the important emergency contacts form. This information is vital for the safety of the workers in an emergency situation and is available at the touch of a button on the mobile application. This information will also appear on your printed emergency poster.
Enter your important emergency information in the assigned form.
Emergency Response Plan
Communicate what you would like workers to do in an emergency in this text box. This detail will be shown on your emergency poster and also be available within the mobile applications for all workers to view.
Note: Images can be added into all text boxes on the Emergency chart as shown in Emergency Services Direction box below. To add an image use the insert image icon as shown and upload your file:
Emergency Services Directions
Enter an explanation of the best route to take, major landmarks and/or the nearest township for the emergency services vehicles if called. This will enable the worker to give clear and concise directions if the need arises.
Click the Save button.
Emergency Poster Creation
The data entered in the emergency page will populate the fields on the poster. The icon on the header is used to – Create Poster:
