Access Levels Explained

Access Levels control what system features can be accessed by a user. The table below shows what features within Safe Ag Systems each Access Level setting provides.

When adding users under Manage People you can control what they can view and access by setting the Access Level appropriate for their tasks and responsibilities. 

Access varies across the Desktop and the App. The tables below list features available to each Access Level via Desktop Access and App Access.

Legend:

•  Business Administrator
•    Supervisor
•   Worker
•   Contractor

The following access limitations are indicated in the tables below for some Access Levels:

• Limit 1 - No access to Overview section of the DT Dashboard.
• Limit 2 - Can run own induction only.
• Limit 3 - Can only access tasks that they created, are assigned to them and "Anyone" tasks.
• Limit 4 - Can only view or run/accept the document that they are given access to.
• Limit 5 - Can only run their own Induction.
• Limit 6 - Can only run their own Induction or assign one to a Visitor.
• Limit 7 - Can access limited reports (which exclude personal data).
• Limit 8 - Can't view email addresses. Can see own record plus all active users.
• Limit 9 - Can access an inventory item via QR code only.
• Limit 10 - Can't view Visitor Logs (can only sign visitors in or out).
• Limit 11 - Only if Contractors are given access via the System Configuration screen.
