Accessing Health Action Plans (App)
It's important to know how to access Health Action Plans in the event of an emergency when someone needs medical attention for a known condition.
NOTE: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.
Health Action Plans will only be available to all users if access is given on the Desktop. For more details, see Adding a Health Record.
Accessing Health Action Plans
- Tap Emergency
in the Quick Access menu. - Tap Health Action Plans.
- Tap the name of the person who requires attention and select the relevant condition. The Health Action Plan will be displayed.
