Ensure all your Inventory Maintenance is kept up to date by adding a maintenance record each time you service/maintain your inventory items.
Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.
To add Maintenance on the App, see Adding Maintenance (App).
Before you start
- You will need to add an Inventory item
- From the left menu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment or Structures or Tools then select the relevant item by clicking on it.
- Navigate to the Maintenance tab and click Add Maintenance.
- If there is maintenance already scheduled for this item a pop up will appear advising when it is due and ask if you are completing this scheduled maintenance now.
- Complete the form as required and click Save.
- A pop up will appear asking if you'd like to schedule your next maintenance for that inventory item. If you select Yes you can schedule by Date or Engine Hours.
- Fill in the details of your next maintenance and click Save.
NOTE: If you schedule by Date you will receive a system generated reminder task 30 days prior to the scheduled maintenance date.
If you schedule by Engine hours, Kilometers or Miles you will be required to input the reading when the next maintenance is due and at what reading you would like a task reminder to be generated.
