Adding Maintenance (App)

Regular maintenance is important to ensure your machinery, structures and tools are safe. Keeping records ensures your maintenance is up to date and is not missed.

  1. Access your inventory by:
    1. Tap main menu icon-hamburgermenu and select Inventory Machinery or Structures or Tools, and select the inventory item, or
    2. Scan the item’s QR Code.
  2. To add maintenance:
    1. Tap more options icon-3dot and select Add Maintenance.
    2. Select Maintenance from the item's menu list and tap Add Maintenance
  3. If maintenance has been scheduled a prompt will display details and ask if you are completing this scheduled maintenance. Tap
    1. Yes to complete the scheduled maintenance, or
    2. No to Add a separate maintenance record
  4. Complete the maintenance form and click Save.
  5. A record will be created in the Maintenance Log and a pop up will appear asking if you would like to schedule the next maintenance for that item.  
  6. If you select Yes you will have the option to schedule when, and note the purpose of that maintenance.  
  7. Fill in the details of your next maintenance and click Save.
  8. A prompt will ask Schedule next maintenance. Tap Yes to schedule and complete details of next maintenance. Tap No if no schedule is required.

NOTE: If you schedule by Date you will receive a system generated reminder task 30 days prior to the scheduled maintenance date.

If you schedule by Engine hours or Kilometers, you will be required to input when the next maintenance is due and at what point you would like a task reminder to be generated.
