      Adding PPE to Procedures

      Safe Ag Systems has a suite of PPE icons available to insert into Procedures.

      Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

      PPE icons can be placed in a procedure to remind the user to wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

      PPE icons are provided for the following:

      • Safety harness/Fall protection
      • Safety boots/Foot protection
      • Chemical resistant boots
      • Sunscreen 30+
      • Hearing Protection
      • Eye protection
      • Hard hat/Head protection
      • Gloves
      • Hi-vis clothing
      • Face shield
      • Dust mask
      • Respirator
      • Welding mask
      • Shoe covers
      • Protective clothing

      To insert PPE icons into a procedure:

      1. From the left menu, navigate to Documents > Procedures.
      2. Follow the directions provided in Editing Procedures to open the procedure in the editor. 
      3. Place the curser where you want the PPE icon.
      4. Click the PPE dropdown.

         

      5. Select the required PPE icon.




      6. Repeat the process to add more PPE icons.
      7. Click Save.
