Archived Records
When an Inventory item or Safety Inspection report has been archived, use the Archive tab to view and retrieve the record.
Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.
The Archive tab can only be accessed on the Desktop.
Accessing Archived Records
- From the left menu, select Administration > Archive.
- Select an Inventory type or Safety Inspection Record from the Archived Item Type dropdown.
- To retrieve the item or record, select Retrieve.
- Select Yes or Cancel.
- The Inventory item or Inspection Report can now be accessed and all details seen from Inventory or Safety Manager > Inspection Reports.
