      Inducting Visitors

      It is important to induct your visitors so that they are aware of your farm's rules and expectations.

      Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

      Standard Subscriptions can only Induct Visitors in App, when started by an existing User. See Starting and Completing a Visitor Induction.

      Before you start

      Assigning a Visitor Induction via Email

      1. From the left menu, select People > Start Induction > Start new.
      2. Select the Induction Type and Inductor (if you aren't the Inductor, select an alternative Inductor from the dropdown menu.)
      3. Select Visitor as the Inductee from the dropdown menu. Enter their email. Click Email. 
      4. An email will be sent to the Visitor to complete the Induction. They will need to download the Safe Ag Systems App. A link is provided in the email.
