Assigning Procedures

Procedures can be assigned to the team to read and accept to ensure they are familiar with the safe operation of machinery and equipment or undertaking of tasks.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Procedures can be viewed and accepted on the App, see Accepting Procedures (App).

  1. From the left menu, select Documents > Procedures and select the Published tab
  2. To select procedures to assign:
    1. Tick check boxes of the procedures you are assigning and from Bulk Action select Assign Procedures and click Apply, or

    2. Click Assign Procedure and select procedures to assign in the Title field.

  3. Choose to assign to a Group based on access level or choose individual Assignee(s). If you choose an access level group, the names of the users in that group will pre populate into the Assignee list.
  4. Add instructions if required
  5. Click Next
