If you're looking to add a large number of Structures to Inventory, take advantage of our bulk import process. Follow this guide for the template and formatting details you'll need.
Bulk imports are not available on Standard subscriptions.
A minimum of 30 Structures is needed for an import.
If you need assistance with a smaller number of items, please contact us.
The import can take up to two weeks to be completed once spreadsheet has been shared to Safe Ag Systems.

To help us import your Structures Inventory data, we’ll need some details about each item.
The fields are broken down into:
Each item must include the required fields. Optional fields can be used to provide additional information, when needed.
Once complete, please email us on help@safeagsystems.com
Make sure the email includes:
- your business name,
- the completed spreadsheet, and
- the primary contact person for any questions regarding the template, as well as for follow-up once the import is complete.
Required Fields
Name
The Structure name.
Example: Machinery Shed 1
Optional Fields
Feel free to skip any of the fields listed below. Choose to fill them out as you like and only for the items you want.
Asset ID
A unique identifier for the structure.
Example: MS001
Type
A way to group structures within the system.
Example: Sheds
This is a pre-set dropdown list in the template and can't be changed.

Inspection Frequency
How often inspections are done on the structure.
Example: Every 6 months
Lockout or Tagout
If the structure is blocked from use, this will alert users with a popup message when accessing the structure on the App.
To apply a lock/tag, put Y in the spreadsheet, otherwise, leave it blank.

Description
The description of the structure.
Example: Machinery Shed 1 sits in the Northeast corner of Paddock 3. It contains Tractors 1-3. The shift supervisors hold the key that you will need to access it.
