      Implementation - Step 10 - Inductions

      In the final step of your 10-Step Implementation, you will create an Induction. Inductions are an important training tool. They ensure your workers know your farm's rules and requirements.

      Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

      The 10 Step Implementation Guide needs to be done on Desktop. 

      1. Navigate to Documents > Inductions in the left menu.
      2. Creating Inductions.
        1. If you already have your own Inductions, you can replicate them by clicking Create My Own.
        2. If you don't have any or want to use the templates provided, navigate to the Copy from Template tab.
        3. View the Inductions and select the ones you want to use, by selecting the grey box next to the Template Name. Click Copy template and select Save.
        4. Navigate to the Create or Edit tab.
        5. Click Edit beside the Induction you want to work on.
          1. You can link policies, images or websites to the induction statements using the icons on the right-hand side of each statement. 
          2. You can add new statements by selecting + Add new statement at the end of the induction
          3. Statements can be moved or deleted by clicking the icons on the left hand side of each statement. 
        6. Once finished, click Save. 
      The following articles provide step by step instructions on how to build and run an induction.

      Tips

      • Inductions enable you to formally explain the farm rules to your workers and to gain their agreement/acceptance.
      • If you are using templates, edit the statements to suit your business.
      • Start with a General Work Health and Safety Induction for employees and a General Contractor Induction for Contractors and then add additional inductions if required for your operation.
