Implementation - Step 8 - Attach Procedures and Checklists to Inventory Items

In this step, you will attach the Procedures and/or Checklists created in steps 6 and 7 to the machines, structures, chemicals or tools they are for.


Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

The 10 Step Implementation Guide needs to be done on Desktop.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Machinery and Equipment / Structures / Tools / Chemicals in the left menu.
  2. Click on the item.
  3. Navigate to Attached Documents.
  4. Click Attach Document and select Attach a Checklist or Attach a Procedure. Select the document needed and click Save
