User Seats can be increased or decreased from the Billing screen to suit your business needs.
Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.
User Seats can only be updated on the Desktop, by a Business Administrator with Billing Access.
This feature will not be available on all sites. If this is not available, please contact us for assistance.
Increasing or Decreasing User Seats
- Click the cog wheel in the top menu, and select Billing.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Increase or decrease user seats using the + and - buttons, or by typing in a number. The new monthly or annual price will update accordingly.
- If decreasing users, they can't be decreased lower than the number of active users. A pop-up will appear if users need to be removed first.
- Click Update.
- Review the changes and click Proceed to complete. The payment will be automatically processed from the saved card. Any credit will be taken off the next payment. User seats will be updated instantly.
Note: Any changes during the current billing cycle will be charged or credited at an adjusted amount, until the next billing date. This will be shown after pressing Update.
