Product Changes - July 2024 (App)

Safe Ag Systems released a major update on 6 July 2024. Changes have been made to the Desktop and App.

Here is an overview of some of the key changes made to the Safe Ag Systems App in the latest update.

Home Screen 

  • A new and improved Home screen to allow the user better oversight of work they need to complete and recently used items.
  • My Tasks and Incomplete Documents shows any outstanding actions for the user.
  • Recent Inventory and Recent Documents makes finding the most recently updated Inventory and accepted documents for the user easier than ever.

Main Menu

  • A new main menu to allow a user to easily navigate to key areas of the App.
  • The ability to work offline if working in a location with low/no connection. Any work completed is uploaded when the App is next connected to internet. 
  • Checklists, Policies, Procedures, Inductions and Inspections are now located under Documents.

Inventory 

  • Updated to allow a user to sort and filter Inventory Items. 
  • New warning icons shown in the list of Inventory Items. 
    • Items marked as Lockout/Tagout. icon-lockout-red 
    • Machinery and Equipment - Registration Expired and Overdue Maintenance. iocn-hazard-red 
    • Tools - Test/Tag Expired. iocn-hazard-red
    • Chemicals - SDS Expired. iocn-hazard-red
  • Updated view of an individual Inventory item. 
    • Lockout/Tagout, Logging Odometer/Hours and Maintenance and is now via More Options 3 dot menu.
