How To: Knowledge Base

The Safe Ag Systems Knowledge Base contains a range of How-To and User guides for all areas of the program. These guides are available for Desktop and App.

This guide will show you how to access and use the Knowledge Base. It's designed to help support you and your team's use of Safe Ag Systems through easy-to-follow guides. 


Accessing Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base can be accessed within the Desktop, App or straight from your browser: https://www.safeagsystems.com/knowledge

Desktop:

Click the Question Mark icon on any page to open the guide linked to that area. These will pop up in the System so you can follow the guides as you work.

App:

From the Main Menu, tap Help & Resources and Help Centre to see the range of guides available for App.


Using Knowledge Base

Finding a Guide

The Home Page is broken into sections relating to key system areas. Important guides for each area will be shown or click See all articles for the full list of guides. 

Not sure where to look?
Use the search bar to find what you’re looking for! Relevant guides will begin to appear as you type. Click on a guide to view.  

 


Navigating a Guide

Click a guide from the search bar or article list to view.

If there is an App or Desktop guide, it will be linked in the blue box at the top.

Side Menu

The side menu will be shown throughout Knowledge Base, except on the Home page. The sections mirror the order of the left menu on Desktop, as well as App and Consultant Support.

Clicking on a Heading or Subheading will allow you to find guides related to this part of the System.
