      Lockout/Tagout Inventory (App)

      Inventory that is unsafe to operate should be Locked out/Tagged out to ensure it is not inadvertently used.

       

      NOTE: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

       

      1. Access the inventory item: 
          1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment or Structures or Tools and tap the inventory item or
          2. Scan the QR Code (if available).
         
      2. Tap more options •••. 
      3. Tap the Lockout/Tagout field and select Continue.
      4. Tap Save.

      Note:

      When inventory is Locked out/Tagged out a push notification will be sent to all users

      The Lockout/Tagout warning icon-lockout-red will display
      A warning message will be displayed when the item is accessed from the App.
