Reporting on Inspections

This article explains how to view, print, archive or delete an inspection report that you have completed for your business.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

 

Inspections will be replaced by Checklists soon to make them easier to build and run.

We will continue to support the Inspections module until the move is complete.

All Inspection templates can already be located in the checklists Template Library.

Navigate to Documents & Files > Checklists and click on the Template Library tab. Type Inspections in the Search keyword field to bring up all inspection templates.

Start using these now and attach inspection checklists to inventory or when assigning a task

Checklists Overview

  1. From the left menu, select Safety Manager > Inspection Reports.
  2. Find the applicable report and click to open and view.
  3. Tick the check box next to the report and click Archive, Delete or Print to action.
  4. To review actions from inspections navigate to Administration > Reporting and select Inspections.
  5. Select the Inspection Actions report.
  6. Customer using Filters
  7. To export click CSV, Excel or PDF button
