Inducting Visitors (App)

A Visitor can access and complete an Induction via the App. This ensures that Visitors are aware of the rules and expectations of the business, just like Staff and Contractors.

Visitor Inductions can be actioned in several different ways: 

• Starting and Completing a Visitor Induction
• Starting a Visitor Induction via a QR Code
• Completing a Visitor Induction sent via Email

Visitor Inductions can also be completed for a group of people:

Starting and Completing a Visitor Induction

1. From the main menu , tap Documents > Inductions > Assign Inductions > Visitor.
2. Select the Induction Type from the dropdown list.
3. Select an Inductor from the dropdown list.
4. Enter the Full Name and Email of the Inductee.
5. Click Begin.
   
6. Tap on the first Category to open the first statement. An introductory slide with some instructions will be shown first.
   
7. Read each statement and tap Agree or Disagree. 
   If a blue icon is visible, there are additional documents, images or links to be reviewed. Tap the blue icon and review the content. Agree and Disagree can't be selected until the content is reviewed.
   
   
8. When complete, fill in the name fields and add a signature. Tap Complete Induction, to submit to the Inductor for sign off. 

Starting a Visitor Induction via a QR Code

1. Open the App and tap Visitor Access.
   
2. Scan the Induction QR Code.
3. Select an Inductor from the Inductor dropdown. Complete the Full Name field.
    
4. Tap Begin
5. Tap on the first Category to open the first statement. An introductory slide with instructions will be shown first.
   
6. Read each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   1. If a blue icon is visible, there are additional documents, images or links to be reviewed. Tap the blue icon and review the content. Agree and Disagree can't be selected until the content is reviewed.
      
      
      
7. When complete, fill in the name fields and add a signature. Tap Complete Induction, to submit to the Inductor for sign off. 

Completing a Visitor Induction sent via Email

1. To start the Induction:
   1. Open the Safe Ag Systems App and tap Visitor Access on the login page. Scan the Induction QR Code located in the Induction email.
   2. Open the Safe Ag Systems Induction email on the same device the App is installed on. Click Start Induction. This will open the App and start the Induction.
2. Select an Inductor from the Inductor dropdown. Complete the Full Name field with your details.
   1. If unsure about who the Inductor is, speak to the business. 
      
       
3. Tap Begin and select the first Category to open a statement. An introductory slide with instructions will be shown first.
   
4. Read each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   1. If a blue icon is visible, there are additional documents, images or links to be reviewed. Tap the blue icon and review the content. Agree and Disagree can't be selected until the content is reviewed.
      
5. When complete, fill in the name fields and add a signature. Tap Complete Induction, to submit to the Inductor for sign off. 

Group Visitor Inductions

A group of Visitors can be inducted using the Safe Ag Systems App.

1. From the main menu , tap Documents > Inductions > Assign Inductions > Visitor.
2. Select the Induction Type from the dropdown list.
3. Select an Inductor from the dropdown list.
4. Enter the person in charge or Business name for Full Name, and a contact email address.  
   
5. Tap Begin and select the first Category to open a statement. An introductory slide with instructions will be shown first.
   
6. Read each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   1. If a blue icon is visible, there are additional documents, images or links to be reviewed. Tap the blue icon and review the content. Agree and Disagree can't be selected until the content is reviewed.
      
7. When complete, have each Inductee enter their name and signature. Tap Add Signature to add additional Inductee fields.
   
8. Once all names are listed under Inductees, tap Complete Induction, to submit to the Inductor for sign off.
