Viewing Policy Logs (App)

Policies can be assigned to user’s for them to read and accept. A log of all accepted policies is retained and can be viewed.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Policy Logs can be viewed for an individual user, an inventory item or you can search all policy logs.

From the main menu ,
1. For an Individuals logs, tap People and select the user then Policy Logs.
2. For all policy logs, tap Documents > Policies and select the Logs tab
A list of policy logs will display.
Use Filters to search.
The status of the log will show on the right (Accepted/Assigned)
Tap on the policy to view.
