Identifying Who's at Work (App)

The At Work function enables employers to be notified when workers arrive and leave work safely, and to locate them quickly in an Emergency.

Who's at Work feature is only available on the App.

NOTE: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Note: A user's location is updated every time a user opens the App

Tap the At Work icon in the bottom menu to see a list of users currently marked At Work.
Under the At Work/Not At Work toggle, a list of users currently marked At Work will be shown. For each user, their Location will be shown when last updated.
To locate a person on a map, select the person from the At Work list.
They will be displayed on the map as an orange icon, while other users will be displayed as regular icons.
If the location of the user is more than 30 seconds old, an Alert will appear next to the user's name at the top of the map when viewing them on the map.
Supervisors and Business Administrators can send a notification to a user who has an alert displayed next to their name asking them to open the app in order to trigger an update to their location

Tap on the alert and select Send Notification.
1. The User will receive a notification that their Supervisor or Business Administrators has requested a location update.
  The user can tap on the notification on their phone screen or from the icon in the app, and the At Work screen will be displayed.
2. Once the user has opened the App, their location will be updated.
When selecting a user from the At Work list, if their Location Permissions or Locations are turned off for either the Safe Ag Systems App or their entire phone, the display will be as shown below.
